Michael Naprawa
President & CEO
President & CEO, Mr. Naprawa has a passion for business and sales. Therefore, when he learned about Business Brokerage in 2005, it was the perfect fit. Since 1978, he has founded or co-founded nine businesses locally and internationally. Extensive entrepreneurial experience has resulted in valuable skills in starting up a company, dealing with international relations, finances, partnerships, marketing and project management. Mr. Naprawa earned his security license in 1994 and thereafter worked with many publicly traded companies. Mr. Naprawa is married with three young children, enjoys an active life on Vancouver Island, and is a member of Oceanside Rotary. He holds two university degrees, his Real Estate License, Managing Broker License and has achieved the Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) designation through the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA) University. For two years, he has served as a panel member for the Royal Roads University Entrepreneurship Program where he attends "Venture Capital Presentations" and participates in a dynamic feedback process thereby contributing to the final evaluations of graduates. In 2010/2011, Mr. Naprawa is involved with co-authoring a book about an exciting new Valuation Template that can more accurately the future probability of success for an existing business - a very valuable tool for prospective buyers. Mr. Naprawa has the energy, the vision, the experience, and the education to provide quality business brokerage services to all clients, local and global.

Wayne Anderson
Broker
Wayne Anderson developed his eye for detail while successfully practicing law for 27 years for an exclusively business based clientele. He has superior analytical, organizational and communication skills and is a passionate negotiator.
Mr. Anderson holds degrees from the University of Alberta in History and Law. He is licensed as a Real Estate Representative in British Columbia and is currently pursuing his Certified Business Intermediary designation through the International Business Brokers Association University.
For many years Mr. Anderson lectured at Mount Royal University in Calgary, and other educational organizations, on a variety of business issues. More recently, he has given lectures on the subject of business start-ups on behalf of the Community Futures organization in Courtenay, British Columbia. Mr. Anderson's experience and qualifications make him ideally suited to provide quality business brokerage services to all clients both local and global.
